Visits will be in Yukon, Mustang, El Reno, OKC, Edmond and surrounding areas.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:

with on-call rotation for additional pay.
Responsibilities and Duties This position will coordinate visits as scheduled and complete assessments on assigned home health patients.
Will work closely with assigned home care team regarding patient care.
Qualifications and Skills Prefer applicants have at least 1 year experience in Home Health.
Must have minimum 1 year of hands-on nursing care experience.
Must have current LPN license without restrictions with Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
