Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and storage spaces - Help with bussing tables, washing dishes, and cleaning equipment - Provide friendly customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and purchases - Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers or point of sale systems - Follow food safety standards to ensure quality products are served to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a bakery setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point of sale systems is a plus - Understanding of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Culinary background or training is beneficial for this role - Strong sales skills to promote bakery items and upsell products Job Types:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
