The ideal candidate is used to working in a fast-paced environment and has been trained in a variety of duties.
In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling prospective and current customer requests and questions on behalf of our clients.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can provide excellent customer service while adhering to our communication guidelines.
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and provide assistance in order to provide product and service information.
Attend company meetings and client webinars to learn more about our services, products, and sales promotions.
Maintain a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the tenacity to outperform standards and expectations.
Participate in meetings and opportunities for continuous learning to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction.
Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Requirements Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) People-oriented Attention to detail Proactive problem solver Ability to work in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
