The ideal candidate is used to working in a fast-paced environment and has been trained in a variety of duties.
In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling prospective and current customer requests and questions on behalf of our clients.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator capable of providing excellent customer service while adhering to our communication policies.
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and provide assistance in order to provide product and service information.
Attend company meetings and client webinars to learn more about our services, products, and sales promotions.
Maintain a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and tenacity to outperform standards and expectations.
Participate in meetings and opportunities for continuous learning to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
