Entry-Level Assistant Manager
We are looking for a self-motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of assisting our senior management team with daily processes and activities.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities and Duties Assisting the general manager with strategy organization, planning, and execution Coordination of day-to-day operations Make certain that company policies are followed.
Creating and organizing schedules Setting and achieving goals to boost company productivity ensuring that goals and objectives are met New employee recruitment and selection Employee supervision, leadership, and motivation Monitoring customer and client satisfaction Handling customer complaints and problem resolution Aiding in the acquisition of inventory and supplies Assist the general manager as needed.
Assistant Manager Qualifications and Expectations Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field is preferred.
