This person will be responsible for scheduling various trades after completion of the roof.
This will be a salary position, starting at $50K a year.
Availability is required Monday through Friday, 08:

Experience in the construction industry is required and bilingualism is preferred.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Monitor Project Progress and set deadlines.
Schedule Trades - Trades included will be from the gutters down (gutters, painting, siding, electrical, etc.
).
Review and approve subcontractor invoices for payment.
Troubleshoot and find solutions as issues arise.
This position will also require adaptability, critical thinking, strong work ethic, punctuality, excellent teamwork, and high professionalism.
