Responsibilities:
Learn about various staff functions, such as operations, management perspectives, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Meet the performance goals and objectives established by upper management upon accepting the position.
Provide updates on the status of goals and objectives.
Monitor performance progress in collaboration with management and key trainers.
Observe experienced workers to learn the methods, procedures, and standards needed to perform departmental duties.
Train in related department functions and operations to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and provide more promotional opportunities.
Assist in various departments as needed, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
Detail-oriented Leadership skills Interpersonal skills Reliable Problem-solving skills Organizational skills Communication skills (both written and verbal) Positive attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
