The position is full time with flexible hours.
Our Customer Service Sales Representative needs to be a customer service expert who would be willing to generate sales and help the agency market through social media, telemarketing, or in person community events.
Salary range:
$2,500 - $4,000 per month Commission structure in place.
(will go in depth with an interview) Responsibilities ? Process customer policy change requests.
? Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
? Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
? Schedule appointments for the agency owner if need be.
? Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
? Solicit insurance from leads produced by you and the agency Requirements ? Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
? Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
? Great customer service skills.
? Driven and goal-oriented individual.
? Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
? Performing outbound calls and emails on a daily basis ? Meeting the quoting goals set by the agency owner.
? Insurance Experience required License in Property & Casualty is required Job Types:
