Responsibilities:
Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthlyConsulting customers in a professional, upbeat mannerProactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customersMaintaining a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening/closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekendsCustomer service experienceFriendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goalsPolished professional appearanceExcellent communication skillsAttention to detail and organizationAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per dayAbout the Company:
