Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team.
We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry experience is required.
Salary Range:
$30000.

Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Generating insurance quotes.
RequirementsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
A Property & Casualty license is requiredProfessional phone etiquette.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
